The OWA nickname cache is a browser thing. "Field pre-fill" or whatever they call it. I don't know how (even if you can) export that, although I suppose some plugin may make it possible.
The Outlook nickname cache, pre-Outlook 2010, was a NK2 file. Unfortunately, at least in our environment (and from various blog posts many others have the same issue), Outlook Web App and Outlook 2010 don't share the same nickname data. I have dozens of nicknames that appear in 2010, none of which show up in OWA. Any other ideas? AFAIK this should have occurred automagically, but there is a KB article that addresses the issue: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/980542 -- Espi On Tue, Jul 30, 2013 at 5:18 PM, Rimmel, Carl <[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>> wrote: We are in the midst of migrating from Exchange 2007 to 2010 and discovered that nicknames (autopopulate addresses) in Outlook Web App don't migrate with the mailbox. Is there any way to export these from the 2007 mailbox for import once the mailbox is moved to 2010?
