Greetings, Exchange 2010 SP2 UR3 Two node DAG with hardware load balancer. OUTLOOK clients 2010 and 2013. About 1500 user mailboxes ( most show properly in OAB).
I am starting to see ticket reports that some users do not show in OAB, but when I check they do show in OWA, and also when running the OUTLOOK client in Online mode. This matter appears to only be for a handful of users added over the last couple of months - so is not for all campus users. I tried SOP to download full OAB and same result where they do not show using OAB, but do show in OWA and ONLINE mode. Before I start to make any changes to production, hoping for any suggestions as I continue to research. Thank you. Dana
