Thank you Office 365 support kept saying it was the devices. even recommended
we switch to a different device. Said most people use android.

A fix was scheduled to have begun rolling out yesterday. It takes a couple
weeks for a fix to be fully deployed all over the world. If you have a PAM/TAM
there may be a way to get your pod accelerated; I’m really not sure.

Subject: [Exchange] ActiveSync and Office 365

I am having an issue with ActiveSync and Office 365 that only seem to effect
Windows Phone 8 devices. The mail client says it is up-to-date but it is not
when I try and manually sync I am getting error 80072EFD. I see some posts
regarding this error at
http://community.office365.com<http://community.office365.com/> but no
solutions.

Anyone know of a solution?

Cheers
Ryan
