I think what I may do for a test is to install Office 2013 non click to run and see if that helps.

Click-to-run. There are lots of ongoing problems with click-to-run. But I don't track the details and those are bugged in the office 365 connect site, not the normal office connect site. I do not know any Outlook MVPs anymore I used to be on an Outlook listserv but I do not even know if that is active anymore. I did a bit more research and this seems to be somewhat of a common problem with Office Click to Run/Office 365 and a Windows 8/ 8.1 update. (I don't personally have a mechanism for reporting Outlook bugs, but I don't recognize the issue from a basic search on the Office buglist.) Close Outlook 2013 2. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15 3. Rename WWLIB.DLL to WWLIB-ORIG.DLL 4. Download the older WWLIB.DLL (15.0.4517.1505) from here: https://citrix.sharefile.com/d/s2d8d60fbe2b4d3d8 5. Place WWLIB.DLL into C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15 6. Open Outlook Calendar invitations should now open as expected. I have credited a new profile and deleted the OST. Any idea on other things to try?
