Hi Ryan, Quick comments after reading the thread. I noticed some info about WIN 8 and patches and I don't have that in production so can't help with OS specifics.
With WIN7, and OUTLOOK 2010/2013 issues that seem to be on a specific PC, one of my SOPs is to test OWA (you did and all worked) and next change the client from cached to ONLINE mode to see if this resolves. Not sure if you tried this? That at least provides a starting point to determine if this is related the client install or to the local cached and OST files. If things work in ONLINE mode that is a clue to review possible PC local Outlook client issues. HTH and YMMV. There are lots of ongoing problems with click-to-run. But I don't track the details and those are bugged in the office 365 connect site, not the normal office connect site. I do not know any Outlook MVPs anymore I used to be on an Outlook listserv but I do not even know if that is active anymore. I did a bit more research and this seems to be somewhat of a common problem with Office Click to Run/Office 365 and a Windows 8/ 8.1 update. (I don't personally have a mechanism for reporting Outlook bugs, but I don't recognize the issue from a basic search on the Office buglist.) Close Outlook 2013 2. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15 3. Rename WWLIB.DLL to WWLIB-ORIG.DLL 4. Download the older WWLIB.DLL (15.0.4517.1505) from here: https://citrix.sharefile.com/d/s2d8d60fbe2b4d3d8 5. Place WWLIB.DLL into C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15 6. Open Outlook Calendar invitations should now open as expected. I have credited a new profile and deleted the OST. Any idea on other things to try?
