To make this happen we have created a security group "Activesync
Allowed", and added our activesync users to it as they sign a mobile
policy. Then we have a powershell script that runs every X hours that
runs through the mailboxes. If a mailbox has activesync enabled and
they are not in the group (or vice versa) it will adjust the mailbox
appropriately.
