She's SOL. 

We've been having this problem a lot after I rebuilt the OAB manually. All 
clients are in cached mode. Changing their Address Book to put the GAL as 
default and first in search order clears it up. 

The only way to enforce this is with a VBS script (I.e. No GPO settings for 
this)
