it "sort of worked" the issue is that there was no "offline mode" because it wasn't in cached mode -
So I opened a new message, copy/pasted suggested contacts into the TO line, and saved as draft- and it worked great, HOWEVER, once Outlook was closed and re-opened, autofill was empty again. This is ex 2013 & outlook 2010, After finally fixing the issue , she came back and said my "autofill doesn't show any of the people I have emailed" I recall there used to be a .NK2 (nickname file) that held this data in past versions. I thought i had read that on 2013 this is held on the server / mailstore email box , but I can't seem to get it working, she happens to work with the free-lancers for the company so the majority of these addresses are NOT on the GAL, how do i restore this, or is she SOL ? TIA
