Also, You should look at ExchangeSetup.log first – it will give you a better 
idea as to the phase of the installation that failed.

Although, a quick check of some diagnostics indicates this could be an issue 
with accessing your onsite CA (do you have one)? (Don’t get excited about the 
word “corrupt” here. The relevant piece is “the issuing certificate could not 
be found.”)
