Your question is not clear. "Apparently" configured - it either is or it isn't. If it is set to accept from a specific IP the condition you state is expected behavior. Could you clarify please?

I have compared with other internet receive connectors and it is set the same. Google seems to only bring up issues between hub and edge servers, this is a multi role single server setup.
