I would do get-receiveconnector "<name of connector>" | fl first to see if the mystery could be explained. Wouldn't be the first time the GUI lied.

I have compared with other internet receive connectors and it is set the same. Google seems to only bring up issues between hub and edge servers, this is a multi role single server setup.
