Exchange 2010 On the Hub Transport I would like to catch all incoming and outgoing emails with attachments (Subset .zip .bat etc...). For all incoming I would like to send a moderator message to a group that will either allow or disallow the attachment (After a call to the user receiving the email) If allowed I would like it to go directly to the intended user. If disallowed I would like it to go to a PF called quarantine, just in case the user really did it. For all outgoing I would like to have it quarantined and an email sent to the same moderator group and sent on if it is ok'd by the moderator after speaking to the sendor.
Does this make sense? Am I looking at like 4 rules here?
