Did you install it from an elevated command prompt?
 
What you describe is typical behavior if setup could not copy the OWA files to 
the proper location due to permissions.

just fyi,



I had to pull UR8 v2 as it broke OWA - 

Basic symptom



OWA page would not load under FF IE or Opera



funny thing was that on Android you would see a partial load (No images but you 
could see credentials boxes, public private computer options, use the light 
version)



I did try a reboot and still no joy, so I had to pull it.
