Okay so can you look at the exchangesetup log please as it *should* have elevated with MU just fine.

Operative being *should*. Then again a Windows 7 root cert update should not have
a. made some machines kick WGA
b. made some machines fail to get updates
c. made some machines break a video driver
and
d. any number of should nots
