It's reporting on the device association, not the account.  You'd delete the 
device association, not the account on the device.

I noticed a few users who had activated ActiveSync on their Android phones, 
then they had a number ported to replace the original phone number of their 
device.
The old number is still displayed in OWA as ******1234 instead of ******(new 
number)
Is this a bad thing?
Is it strictly informational?
Do I need to bother deleting/recreating the account on the device?
