I had an issue with a public folder being down and unavailable that caused 
emails to not route to the PFs.

I removed the msExchOwningPFTree from the unavailable PF and all started to 
work fine.

That particular server is available again now so I have tried adding back in 
the msExchOwningPFTree but it now does not show as a configured replica and 
doesn't allow me to add back in.

Apart from recreate the public folder store on the other exchange box has 
anyone experienced this?
