It's similar. If you are asking about Exchange 2016 - it's VERY similar. If you are asking about Office 365 - the control panels are beginning to diverge, but still similar.

The products have begun to diverge. Anyway, I don't think a book on Exchange 2016 has been released yet, other than Stanek's books. (He's a very prolific author, but his books are usually based on the pre-release code, and therefore often vary significantly from the released product.) Two others that I know about are scheduled for September release.
