OK - I did this, and closed and re-opened Outlook, and it just sat and spun the mouse pointer. I couldn't do *anything* with Outlook except kill it.
So I uninstalled Office, rebooted and reinstalled it, and then again checked the box to disable using hardware graphics acceleration. This happened late on Friday, so I'll check on Monday to see if that's fixed it - but it doesn't look like it - I just RDP'ed into my box, and it's doing the same thing.
