There is no "attachment" size, per se, there is just size. (And it
matters.) Set the allowable message size in the IMS if you have one and on
site connectors if you have those.
It is not customizable by user.

Where do I adjust the attachment size in Exchange? We would like for the
average user to have 3000K attachment limits but there are a few super users
that need more.
Is this default setting adjustable by user?
