If your servers are remaining in the same site then there is no need to do
anything to the profiles. Just leave the old server up an running until
everyone logs on and Outlook will take care of rehoming the profiles.

Dear All, we are planing to consolidate mailboxes from an old Exchange
Server (in a resource domain) to the two new servers (NT Domain) in the
