Dear List,
Because public folder calendar information is not available through
OWA on Exchange 5.5 (sp3), I am trying to devise a work around solution:
I set up an Exchange mailbox called "OR Schedule", give one or two people
user rights to this mailbox to maintain the calendar. What I would like to
do, is set up a user account, say called "Surgeon" to be able to access
the calendar of the "OR Schedule" account via OWA, but access it as "view
only". I would then give the "Viewer" account password to those who need to
see, but not change the Calendar of the "OR Schedule" mailbox.
Is there a way to assign view only type permissions to a user but still
allow them to log onto the mailbox via OWA?
