I'm just doing a similar paid project for a client to render an Exchange
5.5 mailbox calendar in a monthly view (what a mess!! Doing it
manually).
This Web app tricks a little bit to copy each appointment into a certain
public folder so that in-house user can use MAPI Outlook while the
browser guys see a mailbox calendar (without knowing that).
You could do pretty much the same and copying the public calendar items
into a mailbox calendar folder to display it on the Web from that
source. http://www.slipstick.com has a list of sources to help you to
accomplish that. Also at least two books in my bookshelf discuss this
issue (also listed @ slipstick).
AFAIK, it is far easier for a non-coder to upgrade to Exchange 2000. So
what are you waiting for? ;-)
Cheers,
<Siegfried />
