I don't believe that online defragmentation will have any effect on store
size. What is growing, actually? The database or logs?

Subject: RE: Information Store Transaction logs

We do daily backups and the logs are cleared after each backup. Think I
have found that my online defrag is not having the opportunity to
complete. I was not too comfortable with moving the logs to a mapped
drive. I have changed the time that IS maintance is to run to see if I
can avoid the interruptions and get it to complete. If I can get the
online defrag to complete, then I can run an offline defrag an regain some
of the drive space to accomodate the log files. I will check in the
morning to see if it completed.
