5.5 doesn't care how the client resolves the name. Only the client cares,
and Outlook uses DNS (or HOSTS) first.

With 5.5 the client needs to resolve the NetBios name.
Easy to check, run "nbtstat -a Server_Name" Note the "a" must be lower
case in this command syntax.
