Try opening the mailbox associated with the group calendar and then have
people try to access the calendar.

As long as the mailboxes have been moved off of the server I don't see why
you would not be able to open them up just because another server in the
site is offline.

By schedules I meant opening calendars for users that are set up to be used
as group schedules. There were no problems with accessing free/busy info
that I'm aware of.
