I guess I am old (51) fashioned and came from the mainframe world. In those
days you could get a fix for a problem and talk to real live human beings
(support center). I am new to the client server world so I am trying to
keep my head above the water and not drown.
But someday I will be all cold and heartless like the rest of you young
ones.
