Slow down there. OK - you need to provide some more details. How is this
client set up? Are they set up to log in to the server, or with a .pst
file? How are they logging on to the network? Have you checked the mailbox
on the server to make sure that it has a primary NT account associated with
it? Is this the only account that this happens to? Lots of questions need
to be answered.

Hello!
I am facing a problem in my network. Exchange
server5.5 ( Service Pack 4)is running in my network .
When we create any new account , this account is
connect the network properly but MS outlook is not
working properly and they will ask password again and
again when i m getting or sending the mail.
I am format the client machine but this problem is
still present.Client is not facing any problem in
browsing the network.
This is very severe in my network because this client
is very important.
