Can't you publish the calendar to a public folder? Then you could
display the public folder to whoever requests it. As far as allowing
someone to book time against the schedule, that should be just a normal
appointment function that can be performed in OWA as well as in Outlook.

Subject: Outlokk Web Access?
Hi All
I am currently trying to setup an area for our intranet where people can
view one persons calendar(our trainer) and see when he is busy/free. I
would like them to be able to book time against the calendar. Do anyone
know if this is possible utilising Outlook Web Access? We are currently
running Outlook 98 using Exchange Server 5.5 SP4.
Please Help.
TIA
Scott Palmer.
