IIRC, there is a script at either www.slipstick.ocm or www.cdolive.com that
publishes free/busy info to a web page. I have to agree with Bob, though--
why not just show them how to see the free/busy info and schedule a meeting
within Outlook?

Subject: Outlokk Web Access?

Hi All

I am currently trying to setup an area for our intranet where people can
view one persons calendar(our trainer) and see when he is busy/free. I
would like them to be able to book time against the calendar. Do anyone
know if this is possible utilising Outlook Web Access? We are currently
running Outlook 98 using Exchange Server 5.5 SP4.

Please Help.

TIA

Scott Palmer.
