Use a template with the DL as an attribute to create the new users. Or
write a script to export all mailboxes every night and automatically add the
mailboxes as members to the DL.

Does anyone know how to create a distrubution list that adds domian users
as they are created?
I created dist list staff and addedd domain users in members. This is not
working.
Any advice would be appreciated. Surely we don't have to add each new
employee to a staff list?
