Haven't used IIS lockdown (we apply the hot fixes manually) but wouldn't be
surprised if it disables the NETBIOS ports, which means that your IIS server
will not be able to authenticate against the Exchange server. Log on to the
IIS box and make sure that you can establish a MAPI session from there.

I used the IIS lockdown utility and found that I was getting the
"authorization failed" message with Netscape 4.78 afterwards. I dug up  KB
Q300512 and followed the procedure, and still I am getting this message.
What am I missing.
