We had a student this morning that sent a message to all the students on campus about 8000 mailboxes. The message contain voting buttons, delivery receipt, and read receipt. I recalled the message but the server continues at 100% on one of the processors of the server. The other one goes between 70%-100%. Does anyone have any ideas on what to check for.
