Well, that brain dump is pretty hard to read.  Based
on my limited understanding, I would suggest FAQ
Appendix A.  Please organize your thoughts if you want
anything better than than.  Be advised that it also
looks like a "consulting engagement" question that
will take more time to answer than I have to offer for
free.
