Chris has apparently picked up Ed C's habit of laconic responses.

You need to create a profile on your own machine that enables you to log
onto your bosses mailbox. In order to log into the mailbox, you must either
a) get your bosses username and password, ii) give yourself user permissions
to the mailbox [1], or 3) log in using the service account. I tend to prefer
option ii) myself, after having obtained permission from said boss to do so.

[1] Don't forget that you may need to wait up to 2 hours for the permissions
change to take effect if you haven't done the registry hack from the FAQ.
