We have tried bothe the Folder assistant, and the rules wizard, but nothing seems to work. I was looking in an Outlook/Exchange book and it says we may need to create an agent. Might this be the case?

These rules will work with posts. If you create a rule that filters for example on the subject line (ie. software problem), you can forward the post/message (intact) to the email address of the child public folder ([EMAIL PROTECTED] or whatever it is). When the user goes into the RFS folder and creates a new request, depending on what kind of request it is, like a software problem, I want it to forward to the SSB folder out of the RFS folder. I have trie using the rules wizard, and am thinking that the rules might not apply to public folders if I dont email the requests. I am using posts not emails.
