The perms on this DL for this folder need to allow the members of the DL to change perms (add users etc) on the folder "Org Unit 1 PF", create, manage and delete subfolders ("SubFolder 1","SubFolder 2"), manage permissions on subfolders, and not be able to delete "Org Unit 1 PF". All management needs to be achieved through the Outlook 2000 Client. Is this possible?
