Hi, I don't know if some of you could help me...
My problem is that my public folder store is dismount and I can't mount it again. When I try to mount it, the system manager display this error: An internal processing error has occurred. Try restarting the exchange system manager or the Ms exchange information store service, or both. ID no: c1041724 Exchange systema manager And in the event viewer - application log, is register: Error 0x80004005 starting database "First Storage Group\Public Folder Store (EXCHANGE)" on the Microsoft Exchange Information Store. I already deleted the 2 database files (pub1.edb and pub1.stm) and when try to mount it, the process create the 2 files but finish with the same error: ID no: c1041724. Could you tell me what can I do or how can I delete the the public folder store and create it again with the public folder of type MAPI Folder?
