Better than Dave Wilson, in the L.A. Times, who yesterday wrote a fairly ignorant piece advocating the same thing. At least this guy acknowledes that Outlook is for more than, to use Mr. Wilson's terminology, "e-mail browsing".
Wilson suggests replacing it with Poco, Becky, Allegro, Pegasus or even Eudora...then later admits that the L.A. Times itself is about to standardize on Outlook. <sigh> Maybe those who write about the technology should understand it? -Ben- Ben M.
