The Replication tab in the properties of the Public Folder - add the new
server there.

OK. I figured out what caused my 8004005 errors. I had to completely
remove the SSL certificate from the Exchange box. I already had it
disabled on all of the sites, but I had not "removed" the certificate.

The certificate was from www.freessl.com. I have an email into them to
see if there is any known issues.

So since, I can now connect, what are the steps involved in replicating
the folders to the new server?

Thanks,
