Ugh.  Sounds like a huge PITA.  You'd have to force all traffic through the
SMTP service; AFAIK, there'd be no other way to do this.  And this would
just kill performance.

Maybe I need just to clarify just a little more info, I don't want it for
leaving the organisation (IE SMTP), but for leaving a server or site to
another server or site within the organisation.
