Okay, it appears to be a permissions issue. If I log on as administrator it works... else it doesn't. Just for kicks I did try adding "authenticated users" to the "Log on Locally" and "Access from Network" User Rights assignments... Still only administrator can use OWA. Even accounts which belong to Administrators & Domain Admins groups do not work -- I get 404 errors. Nothing peculiar in Event Logs, or in Web Service logs (Just the request for /exchange/blah and subsequent 404).
