I got a hold of Microsoft regarding the issue of our OWA servers getting the ASP 0115 and having to restart the IIS. They recommended that I upgrade the systems to NT 6.0 spa, install the security patches, and apply the rollup hot fix for CDO/CDOHTML. Has anyone else applied this hot fix?
