I have just joined a 2000 exchange server to an existing org. I moved my own mailbox to the new server. Now I cannot send mail to anyone inside the org even though their names resolve correctly. We have two internal DNS machines (win2k) which have never had mx records on them. Do I need to add an MX record for the 5.5 server that has the IM connector to get this working right? Does Exchange 2000 require an MX record on the internal DNS machine? Thanks for your help.
