Default Outlook setting is to publish the current and next month's
availability. As of today, that would be through Dec. 31. Can be changed
on a per-client basis under Tools->Options.

Subject: Outlook Calendar does not display 2002 Availability

Hello.

Quick question; When users attempt to book meetings through the Outlook
Calendar for dates in 2002, they are unable to see any other invited user's
or Boardroom availabilities. This problem starts as early as January 1,
2002 appointments.  Any ideas?

Client; Outlook 97 and 2000
Server; 5.5 SP4

Thank you.
