When you look at the folder size for a mailbox in outlook or exchange client, it shows the total size is 20 MB, but in Exchange server, it shows 190 MB. When you exmerge the mailbox, the PST file is about 25 MB.
We tried to move the mailbox to another server and also deleted the mailbox and re-create it. That did not fix it. The user keeps getting Over The Limit Size Alert from Exchange. We keep increasing the size as a temporary fix. Has anyone seen this problem and know how to fix it? Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
