That is where we checked for the size, from the Root Level There is nothing at the Top folder. Also, when we check the folder size, it shows a break down of size for each folder.
We even had the user empty all his mail to a PST file. Nothing was in the mailbox. When we checked Exchange, it still showed 170 MB of space taken.
