Like others have said, Outlook needs to be configured first with a profile, and there are ways of automating that. I want to add that you can add a WINS and DNS entry with something standard like "MAIL" or "MAILSERVER" that points to one of your Exchange servers. This is especially useful for POP3 and IMAP clients.
