msnews.microsoft.com does not support the newnews because it is disabled,
not because the server isn't technically capable of allowing it. I'm sure
that if you wanted to pay them for a feed, something could be arranged. As
it stands though, neither they, nor any other NNTP host is obligated to
provide a feed FOC.

Anyone know where, then, I can do a pull feed with the INS to bring the
exchange groups into my public folders?  Cracks me up that Microsoft's own
product will no longer work with their own servers.  I wonder why they
haven't updated the INS in 5.5 to use the XOVER command.  Hmmph.
