I'm not really sure what the correct permissions should be however, I didn't touch anything in IIS and it was working before I did this.

The only articles I have been able to find say this is a permissions problem. Not only are the permissions the same, OWA and the system are installed on a FAT partition (don't ask) so I can't even set permissions on the files.
