Well, it's Trend's first foray into the ESE methodology of scanning, so a little healthy caution is in order IMHO... But the ESE methodology of scanning bypasses several of the more annoying limitations of the 1.0 version of the AVAPI found in Exchange 5.5. You get access to not only the attachments, but also the message body and sender/recipient information using the ESE method. I don't believe that eManager works with 3.72 yet (could be wrong, feel free to correct me) so the content filtering aspect might not be attractive at this point, but knowing who the sender and recipient are of infected messages can be a useful feature.
